JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Implement general secretary work for the project:
- Remind and urge the project’s activities to ensure compliance with the approved plans
- Contact main contractors, subcontractors in implementing drawings and processing related information.
- Schedule and prepare for meetings, announce the participants, work as a secretary in meetings related to the project.
- Promote and regularly update the project’s progress, report on assigned work results according to regulations.
- Draft bidding documents, acceptance documents, work competition, and other documents of the Project Team.
- Receive and classify project documents, control the form of documents and documents submitted for signature according to regulations.
- Arrange, store and manage documents of the Project Team: drawings, project files, administrative documents…
- Support office jobs for projects.
- Other jobs as requested by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualification
- University degree
- Majors: Construction, Architecture
- Have knowledge of construction laws.
- English: Communication
- Information technology: proficient in office informatics and construction soft wares.
Skills:
- Drafting, presenting documents.
- Synthesizing, reporting.
- Thinking, judging, time managing, work organizing
- Working in groups
Other requirements:
- Careful, reliable
- Reading to go on business as requested by the company
- Experience working in large projects (over 500 billion VNDs)
- Positive, agile, honest, enthusiastic, responsible work spirit
- Able to work under high pressure
